A leading national law firm is seeking a mid-level Fund Finance Associate to join its Charlotte, North Carolina office. This role is ideal for a transactional attorney with 3-5 years of relevant experience in fund finance, particularly in subscription credit facilities.

How You'll Contribute

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent lenders and borrowers in complex fund finance transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate loan documents for subscription credit facilities.
  • Work on a variety of structures, including NAV, hybrid, and management company facilities.
  • Manage client relationships and lead transactions with minimal supervision.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Candidate Profile:

  • Juris Doctor degree from a top 30 law school with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • 3-5 years of transactional legal experience with a focus on fund finance.
  • Prior experience at a Top 200 AM Law firm is highly preferred.
  • Strong drafting and client management skills.
  • North Carolina Bar membership preferred or eligibility for admission.
  • Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements (typically 3 days in-office).
