About the role
We’re looking for a driven mid-seniority Full-stack Software Engineer who excels at turning ideas into high-quality code fast.
In this role, you’ll move quickly from concept to production, iterating on features and testing ideas without getting bogged down in red tape. You’ll work closely with our product and design teams, always aiming to deliver maximum impact in minimum time.

This is a full-remote position and we will consider candidates from anywhere. However, we have a preference for candidates from Italy since we tend to meet in person frequently in Milan.

How You'll Contribute
What you’ll do
Ship features fast: Take ideas from concept to production quickly, iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product and design teams to refine requirements and ensure features meet user needs.
Maintain quality: Despite the speed, you ensure that features remain stable, user-friendly, and maintainable.
Scale & improve: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our stack and workflows, making everyone’s job easier.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Your Skills
Front-End Expertise: Proficient with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
Back-End Experience: Comfortable with Python (FastAPI or similar), building and iterating on RESTful APIs.
Database Know-How: Familiar with MongoDB or other non-relational databases.
CI/CD & DevOps Awareness: You’re not a DevOps engineer, but you know enough to keep the delivery pipeline running smoothly.
Bonus Points
Experience with component frameworks for rapid front-end development.
Knowledge of A/B testing or feature toggling to experiment and learn.
Prior experience with gen-AI tools for faster prototyping and development.
