A renowned logistics company is expanding its non-asset truckload brokerage and hiring a pure hunter Freight Brokerage Sales Rep to win new shipper accounts. You’ll prospect, qualify, and close net-new truckload (dry van, reefer, flatbed) business, own your pipeline and pace, and collaborate with operations and carrier teams to ensure service excellence. This role focuses exclusively on new business development—no carrier management, dispatching, or account babysitting. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of selling non-asset truckload brokerage directly to shippers, a strong track record of landing new accounts, and deep knowledge of freight markets, lanes, and pricing.
