Founding Fullstack Engineer - Miami, FL

Our company is experiencing rapid growth (grew revenue 5x in 2024) and have an immediate need for a Founding Fullstack Engineer (Remote). You would be taking over engineering responsibilities from our CEO and fractional CTO to be the lead engineer who scales our platform to millions. The Role

After growing revenue 5x in 2024, we need our first Founding Engineer to scale our SaaS platform to millions of users. You'll take over engineering responsibilities from our CEO and fractional CTO, building the technical foundation that will revolutionize how people find jobs. • Build and scale the platform using Next.js, Supabase, and PostgreSQL.

• Innovate with AI tools and gamification features to enhance user experience.

• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and ensure secure authentication.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and implement features.

• Lead technical decisions and mentor future team members.

Who You Are

• You're the 10x engineer startups talk about. You quickly understand concepts, have strong product sense, and provide the fastest viable solution for problems to ensure we can ship fast.

• You're leveraging the latest AI tools to accelerate development and multiply your impact. And you know about how the latest AI can be integrated into our product to improve user experience.

• You have multiple years of experience building full-stack SaaS applications, preferably from the earliest stages where technical decisions have to be made with long-term impacts.

• You're comfortable with our full stack: Next.js, Typescript, Supabase, PostgreSQL, OAuth, SAML

• You thrive in ambiguity and can fill gaps across the stack as needed.

• You're an excellent communicator who can potentially lead an engineering team in the future and hop on customer calls as needed.

• Experience in higher ed tech

• SOC2 compliance experience

• Previous startup experience
