 Food and Beverage Manager responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement F&B systems, procedures, and staffing plans.

  • Lead daily shift operations, scheduling, and labor compliance.

  • Manage budgets, purchasing, inventory, and supply costs.

  • Train, coach, and evaluate team performance; recognize achievements.

  • Coordinate with Culinary and responsible for BOH staff, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Maintenance, and Events teams to meet service standards.

  • Ensure guest issues are resolved promptly; implement feedback-driven improvements.


Food and Manager candidates must possess:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus four years of experience in the food service, hospitality, or related industry, preferably in a managerial role.

  • Must have kitchen experience and work in Fast Casual Restaurants/Not Fine Dininig

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.

  • Guest service experience required.

  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays if needed.

  • Ability to operate without direct supervision and be self-motivated, persistent, confident, tenacious, and take pride in work.

  • Efficient time management
