Financial Services - Senior Associate

• Engage in complex financial transactions involving syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance
• Work collaboratively with national and global clients and internal legal teams
• Provide transactional legal services as a senior associate within the Financial Services practice

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent
• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar (preferred)
• 4 to 7 years of transactional law experience
• Strong background in syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance
• Excellent academic record and strong interpersonal skills
