How You'll Contribute

  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and communicate with a customer-focused team
  • Observe performance, provide feedback, and celebrate wins to build engagement
  • Manage daily operations: speed of service, cleanliness/sanitation, product quality, and guest experience
  • Control COGS/inventory and labor to achieve profitability goals
  • Implement procedures to maximize efficiencies and reduce variances in output and performance
  • Assist with creating schedules aligned to projected volume and labor targets to ensure coverage
  • Ensure adequate staffing across all dayparts, including weekends and holidays
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports on time
  • Lead inspiring team huddles; develop team members and shift supervisors for advancement
  • Uphold brand standards and a servant-leader culture

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated servant leadership with a team- and guest-first mindset
  • Proven training, onboarding, coaching, and performance monitoring skills
  • Strong communication skills to motivate, inform, and develop teams
  • Availability to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays (no early mornings/overnights)
  • Reasonable job tenure (e.g., ~3 jobs in 6 years or 4 in 8–10 years)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with no moving violations in the last 36 months
  • Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Clear interest in and desire to work for Popeyes
