How You'll Contribute

  • Support the General Manager in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching team members
  • Lead by example to foster a positive, high-performing culture
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest issues promptly
  • Monitor shop performance metrics and use data to improve results
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and waste reduction
  • Support sales growth initiatives and local store marketing efforts
  • Conduct daily briefings to encourage open communication and teamwork
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant operation
  • Assist with cash handling, deposits, and basic administrative tasks
