How You'll Contribute

  • Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist in overseeing daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations (HACCP)
  • Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to maximize profitability
  • Monitor and improve financial performance using data-driven decision-making
  • Foster a positive, collaborative culture aligned with company values
  • Address and resolve guest feedback and service issues professionally
  • Implement company initiatives to drive sales, operational efficiency, and growth
  • Optimize workflows, vendor relationships, and POS utilization
  • Support local marketing, branding initiatives, and promotional campaigns, including social media

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Minimum 1 year of management experience in fast-casual or full-service restaurants
  • Proven leadership, team-building, and staff supervision skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Knowledge of restaurant financials: labor management, food cost, budgeting, and inventory control
  • Ability to work a 5-day workweek, including nights and weekends as needed
  • Comfort with POS systems; tech-savvy with AI-driven analytics and data-informed decisions
  • Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP) and cleanliness best practices
  • Adaptability, quick decision-making under pressure, and openness to new technology
  • Awareness of culinary trends; experience with menu development, beverage program basics
  • Experience with local marketing strategies, branding initiatives, and promotional planning
