Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Officer — We are seeking a highly experienced EHS Officer to support multiple facilities in a hybrid capacity. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, this role leads safety initiatives, ensures regulatory compliance, and fosters a culture of safety across operational sites. The position combines hands-on facility management with strategic planning and is based in Littleton, MA, offering a blend of on-site interaction and remote coordination.

How You'll Contribute

  • Conduct regular facility inspections to maintain OSHA and local safety compliance.
  • Draft, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage environmental permits and ensure required documentation is up to date.
  • Coordinate with vendors and property owners on safety-related maintenance.
  • Lead safety training programs and maintain training materials through the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Serve on emergency response, crisis management, and facility safety teams.
  • Support internal clients with corporate service requests and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Monitor chemical exposure risks and submit reports to regulatory agencies.
  • Compile and submit weekly reports for leadership review.
  • Maintain organized digital records and standardize safety supply procurement across locations.

    • High School Diploma/GED plus 20+ years of experience, OR
    • Associate's degree + 14 years
    • Bachelor's degree + 12 years
    • Master's degree + 10 years
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other applicable safety standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong communication, training, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret building plans and coordinate with property stakeholders.
  • Must be physically able to walk facilities, climb ladders, lift 40 lbs, and access confined spaces when needed.
