Why This Role Matters

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will drive existing accounts growth building relationships with the finest enterprises in Latam. You will be accountable for closing enterprise contracts with the most demanding leaders in the region. Your primary responsibility is to identify, prospect, and generate sales opportunities through all channels necessary (outbound, inbound, in-person, phone-calls, etc.) in our existing client portfolio. Main KPIs: Net Dollar Retention and Logo Retention.

The ideal candidate is someone who easily initiates value-adding conversations with customers, and is highly self-motivated to exceed sales expectations.

How You'll Contribute

In a nutshell, this person will: 

  • Own the entire acct mgmt cycle, from prospecting to closing, including Customer Success activities.

  • Perform heavy account mapping and establish relationships with key stakeholders at organizations.

  • Diligently keep track and record all sales activities in our CRM.

  • Work closely with Customer Success while closing deals, as well as during the execution phase.

  • Work closely with Marketing in demand gen and prospecting activities.

  • Ultimately be responsible for NDR and Logo Retention of your assigned accounts.

  • In-depth understanding of the buyer journey for different buyer personas within organizations.

  • Ability to engage in conversations at all seniority levels, including C-Level and VPs.

  • 5+ years of commercial or consulting experience, preferably in Services Sales, Agencies, Corporate, or SaaS.

  • You enjoy building. This means you like to actively participate in improving the sales process.

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.

  • Bring your own device and be able to work remotely. 

Bonus Points: 

  • Strong interest in technology and education. Rolodex and high complex sales and services sell a plus.
