Job Overview: 

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Employee Relations & Contractor Success Specialist to serve as our key point of contact for our contractor team. This role is essential in ensuring our contractors feel supported, heard, and fully aligned with the
values and expectations of our organization. You’ll be responsible for nurturing strong relationships with contractors, managing time tracking and attendance oversight, conducting regular check-ins, and acting as a bridge between the contractors and our internal team.

How You'll Contribute

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between our company and our contractor

  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with contractors across various projects

  • Conduct regular 1:1 or team check-ins to gather feedback, resolve issues, and offer support

  • Monitor contractor attendance and time tracking, ensuring accuracy and accountability

  • Provide on-boarding support and ensure contractors are set up for success from day one

  • Flag any performance, morale, or communication concerns to leadership and assist with resolution

  • Help maintain a healthy, collaborative work environment through clear communication and contractor care

  • Maintain documentation of interactions, updates, and relevant feedback

What Makes You a Great Fit

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in employee relations, HR coordination, contractor management, or a similar people-facing role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you're empathetic,

    tactful, and proactive

  • Highly organized with attention to detail, especially in managing time-tracking systems

  • Comfortable working independently and remotely

  • Experience with tools like Slack, Notion, ClickUp, Hubstaff, or similar platforms is a plus

  • A background in remote team management or contractor engagement is preferred
