Lead controls, electrical, and reliability improvement efforts for a manufacturing operation, partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Engineering teams to improve equipment safety, uptime, and performance.

How You'll Contribute
  • Build effective working relationships with engineers, maintenance planners, process leads, and tradespeople.
  • Participate in area safety initiatives and maintenance outage planning.
  • Partner with Operations, Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve recurring equipment reliability issues.
  • Support daily engineering and maintenance work-order activities with maintenance planners, supervisors, and engineering teams.
  • Provide technical assistance to E/I technicians for maintenance repairs, runnability issues, and emergency repairs as needed.
  • Help develop preventive maintenance procedures, craft training, and training materials.
  • Develop and share expertise in machine, product, and process technology to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
  • Participate in the site weekend duty rotation.
  • Promote collaborative decision-making, open communication, constructive feedback, and a respectful, high-performing team environment.
  • Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee relations while managing multiple priorities.
