Disputer (Credit Repair)

As a Credit Score Disputer, you’ll help individuals in the United States correct mistakes on their credit reports — work that can help them qualify for homes, cars, and better financial opportunities.

You’ll gain valuable experience in how the U.S. credit system works, develop professional writing and interpretation skills, and learn to communicate directly with credit bureaus and financial institutions.
While the main schedule follows 9 AM to 5 PM EST, this role offers flexibility — allowing you to manage your time effectively as long as you stay organized and meet deadlines.

As a Credit Score Disputer, you’ll play a key role in helping people take back control of their financial lives.
You’ll learn how credit reporting works in the United States and use that knowledge to support clients by identifying and disputing errors on their credit reports.

In this role, you will:

• Review credit reports carefully to spot inaccurate or outdated information.

• Prepare and send dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors on behalf of clients.

• Track and record responses to ensure every dispute is followed through properly.

• Interpret credit information clearly and organize it into reports for review.

• Communicate with your manager and provide regular updates in writing.

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in every task.

• Learn and adapt quickly as processes and client needs evolve.

You’ll be trusted to manage your own daily workflow, contribute ideas, and continuously improve how the dispute process runs.

You’re someone who enjoys solving problems, organizing information, and helping people improve their financial situation.
We’re looking for a professional who understands how the U.S. credit system works and is confident handling credit disputes with accuracy and care.

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

• Experience working with credit repair, credit disputes, or U.S. financial systems.

• Excellent written English — you’ll be responsible for writing dispute letters and communicating results.

• Basic spoken English for simple verbal check-ins with your manager.

• Fluent Spanish (required) for internal communication.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• The ability to interpret and summarize credit report information clearly.

• A proactive attitude — you take initiative and manage your workflow independently.

• A fast-learning mindset and ability to adapt to new tools and procedures.

• Access to a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and quiet work environment.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST (with flexibility when needed).
