We're not looking for someone to "manage pipeline." We're looking for someone to create it. Daily. Fanatically.

How You'll Contribute

  • Build and lead a winning outbound motion: You'll define our target accounts, craft compelling messaging, build effective sequences, and relentlessly prospect until you discover the most impactful angles—then scale them

  • Close deals yourself: You'll own deals end-to-end while designing the systems and team structure to eventually scale yourself out of the day-to-day closing.

  • Set the pace: You'll instill a high-activity, no-excuses mindset within the team. Call. Follow up. Knock down objections. Stay in the zone.

  • Recruit and coach hungry sales talent: You'll build a team of disciplined, full-cycle sellers who excel at prospecting, pitching, and closing.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with marketing, legal, customer success, and product to remove friction and accelerate sales velocity.

What You'll Inherit & What You'll Build

You're not walking into a blank slate—you'll inherit signicant assets and a strong foundation:

  • 100+ existing clients across high-growth verticals.

  • A brand with real traction and referenceable case studies.

  • Dedicated legal and marketing support.

  • Inbound momentum from our founder network.

And you'll be responsible for building:

  • An outbound sales engine that generates predictable pipeline.

  • Playbooks, cadences, and work ows to scale proven strategies.

  • The comp plans, KPIs, and performance culture that drive urgency.

  • A sales team with a hunter mindset—not just "relationship managers."

What Makes You a Great Fit

This Role is For You If:

  • You have zero fear of cold outreach; you've built outbound motions from scratch before and understand the discipline it requires.

  • You've successfully sold complex services or B2B solutions (e.g., CX, outsourcing, SaaS, or professional services).

  • You are a closer first, builder second, manager third—and you thrive in early-stage environments.

  • You believe pipeline solves all problems, and you take 100% ownership for generating it.

  • You move fast, speak clearly, and focus obsessively on deals, not decks.

We're Not Looking For Someone Who:

  • Waits for leads instead of creating them.

  • Thinks strategy should come before action.

  • Needs brand equity or a big title to win meetings.

  • Hires reps who have never prospected themselves.

  • Doesn't want to be on the front lines daily for the first 6–12 months.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Know the world of CX, BPO, or outsourcing.

  • Have experience selling into e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, or tech-forward brands.

  • Are fluent in sales tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, or Outreach.

  • Think "activity breeds opportunity" is a personal mantra.
