This position plays a critical leadership role in supporting senior nursing executives and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. The Director will take on 24/7 operational responsibility for assigned units
How You'll Contribute
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer in managing nursing operations and patient care services
- Lead clinical teams and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Manage staffing, resource allocation, and departmental performance
- Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration
- Plan and implement nursing policies and procedures across multiple inpatient units
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Active RN license in state of practice
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required
- At least 2 years of leadership experience (Manager or Director level) in a hospital setting
- Strong background in Medical-Surgical nursing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
