How You'll Contribute

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within engineering, forensics, and related industries
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and industry partners
  • Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, conferences, and seminars
  • Support marketing initiatives and positioning efforts aligned with business growth goals
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to align on client expectations and service standards
  • Track and report on business development performance metrics and revenue goals
  • Assist leadership with recruiting and talent attraction initiatives as needed
  • Support project workflow coordination to ensure responsiveness to client needs
  • Oversee temporary or supplemental staff during large-scale or catastrophic events when applicable
