What Makes You a Great Fit
Required:
- Active or eligible New Mexico RN license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 7+ years of healthcare experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, team building, and quality initiatives
Preferred:
- MSN, MBA, or degree in Healthcare Administration
- Experience in a for-profit hospital setting
- Background in facilitating provider collaboration
