Shift Available: Sunday - Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Hiring Range: $28.53 to $39.93/hr (starting pay within this range will be based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications)

What You’ll Be Doing Daily

  • Performing scheduled preventative maintenance and advanced repairs on tractor units

  • Ensuring all work meets DOT, state, federal, and company standards

  • Troubleshooting and repairing systems across broad categories, including:

    • Powertrain and driveline

    • Suspension, steering, and braking

    • Electrical and electronic systems

    • HVAC and cooling systems

    • Aftertreatment and exhaust

    • APU systems

  • Completing general repairs for company and customer equipment

  • Reading and interpreting manuals, schematics, and diagnostic data

  • Ordering necessary parts and supporting inventory control

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Making warranty recommendations and documenting work accurately

What You Bring to the Team

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of tractor maintenance experience

  • Ability to independently complete advanced repairs

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety

Preferred:

  • Associate degree (AAS) in Heavy Duty Truck Technology or related field

  • 2 or more years of hands-on tractor repair experience

  • ABS brake system certification

About the Role
