How You'll Contribute

You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our platform. Your day-to-day impact will include:

  • Designing and operating scalable, secure, multi-cloud environments (AWS, IBM Cloud, GCP).

  • Managing and improving CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, safe, and reliable deployments.

  • Implementing and evolving observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry).

  • Defining and maintaining SLOs/SLIs, responding to incidents, and driving effective post-mortems.

  • Automating cloud provisioning and configuration using Terraform and IaC best practices.

  • Strengthening platform security through DevSecOps, IAM, encryption, vulnerability scanning, and compliance.

  • Collaborating with engineering to design high-performance, cost-effective architectures (FinOps mindset).

  • Supporting production environments through on-call rotations to minimize downtime.

  • Creating documentation, operational playbooks, and knowledge-sharing resources.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer, SRE, or similar role.

  • Expertise in AWS (EKS, ECS, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Route53, MSK/Kafka).

  • Solid experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

  • Strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and automation tools (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild).

  • Experience in monitoring, observability, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.

  • Understanding of DevSecOps and cloud security principles (KMS, IAM, TLS, WAF, Shield).

  • Good understanding of FinOps concepts (cost optimization, budgeting, forecasting).

  • Comfortable working in distributed teams and collaborating across time zones.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • A proactive, analytical, and ownership-driven mindset.
