How You'll Contribute
You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our platform. Your day-to-day impact will include:
Designing and operating scalable, secure, multi-cloud environments (AWS, IBM Cloud, GCP).
Managing and improving CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, safe, and reliable deployments.
Implementing and evolving observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry).
Defining and maintaining SLOs/SLIs, responding to incidents, and driving effective post-mortems.
Automating cloud provisioning and configuration using Terraform and IaC best practices.
Strengthening platform security through DevSecOps, IAM, encryption, vulnerability scanning, and compliance.
Collaborating with engineering to design high-performance, cost-effective architectures (FinOps mindset).
Supporting production environments through on-call rotations to minimize downtime.
Creating documentation, operational playbooks, and knowledge-sharing resources.
What Makes You a Great Fit
3+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer, SRE, or similar role.
Expertise in AWS (EKS, ECS, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Route53, MSK/Kafka).
Solid experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
Strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and automation tools (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild).
Experience in monitoring, observability, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
Understanding of DevSecOps and cloud security principles (KMS, IAM, TLS, WAF, Shield).
Good understanding of FinOps concepts (cost optimization, budgeting, forecasting).
Comfortable working in distributed teams and collaborating across time zones.
Excellent written and spoken English.
A proactive, analytical, and ownership-driven mindset.
