We're looking for a Design Researcher with two to three years experience to join Omelo.
User Research & Insights:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points in pet healthcare.
Engage in field research, interviews, and usability studies with pet owners, veterinarians, and other stakeholders to gather actionable insights.
Create personas, journey maps, and user stories to communicate research findings effectively with design and product teams.
Design Testing & Validation:
Collaborate with product and design teams to test and validate prototypes, ensuring design concepts resonate with target users.
Plan and execute usability tests, collecting data to iterate on designs and enhance user experience.
Synthesize findings into reports and presentations, highlighting user pain points, feedback, and improvement opportunities.
Competitive & Market Analysis:
Analyze industry trends and competitor solutions to identify gaps and opportunities for Omelo’s product design.
Provide actionable insights that influence product development, keeping Omelo at the forefront of pet healthcare innovation.
2-3 years of experience in design research, user experience research, or a similar role.
Proficiency in research methodologies and tools (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate research findings into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills to present research insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
Passion for pet care and a deep empathy for pet parents and their needs is a plus.
