Cybersecurity Engineer (CyberArk)

The Cybersecurity Engineer (CyberArk / PAM) performs product installation, configuration, customization, integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting for our clients.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing and supporting CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions in enterprise environments.

• Execute client engagements based on a strong understanding of the client's business, security requirements, and privileged access environment.

• Lead and participate in requirements-gathering and technical discovery sessions.

• Design and implement CyberArk PAM solutions aligned with client security objectives and architecture.

• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot CyberArk components.

• Configure and manage Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and related CyberArk components.

• Onboard privileged accounts, applications, service accounts, and other credentials into CyberArk.

• Configure password management, rotation policies, safes, platforms, access controls, and privileged sessions.

• Integrate CyberArk with enterprise technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM, MFA, cloud platforms, and ticketing/ITSM systems.

• Assist clients with CyberArk upgrades, migrations, and platform optimization.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to privileged account management and CyberArk infrastructure.

• Serve as a technical architect or technical lead on implementation and migration projects when appropriate.

• Train client personnel on CyberArk administration, operation, and best practices.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal delivery methodologies and tools.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience.

• 4+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, professional services, or related fields.

• Hands-on CyberArk implementation, deployment, or administration experience.

• Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and security best practices.

• Experience with CyberArk components such as Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM.

• Experience onboarding privileged accounts and configuring safes, platforms, password policies, and access controls.

• Experience integrating CyberArk with Active Directory/LDAP and other enterprise security systems.

• Experience troubleshooting CyberArk environments and supporting upgrades or migrations.

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux administration, networking, authentication, and identity management.

• Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, or similar technologies is a plus.

• Experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud, Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), Conjur, Secrets Manager, or Identity Security is a plus.

• CyberArk certifications are highly desirable.

• Strong English communication skills and ability to work directly with enterprise clients.
