Status: Full-Time
Location: Houston, TX

Available Shifts:

• Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM + call
• Varied days, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM + call
• Weekends (Saturday/Sunday): 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM; Monday/Friday: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as scrub assistant in operative/invasive cardiovascular procedures under RN supervision
• Ensure equipment, instruments, and surgical environments are prepared and aseptic
• Provide reliable support for procedure readiness and case flow
• Serve as a resource to newer staff and actively engage in professional growth

Requirements:

• Certification: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA or NCCT (Include CST # and expiration)
• Experience: At least 1 year of current CVOR experience in an acute care setting (open heart procedures required)
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
• BLS Certification: Current certification required
