We’re a mission-driven platform dedicated to supporting older individuals by making everyday life easier. From trusted cleaning and handyman services to meal delivery and tech assistance, our goal is to empower older adults to live comfortably and independently. As our team grows, we’re looking for a Customer Support & Sales Specialist who is not only passionate about helping people but also comfortable wearing multiple hats across customer care, sales, and partner coordination.
Customer Support & Sales (Frontline Responsibilities):
Provide friendly, professional support via phone, chat, and email
Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions
Manage and update customer profiles and case activity in the CRM system
Maintain a support runbook for quick, consistent issue resolution
Collaborate with other support groups when incidents require cross-functional attention
Respond to ClickUp ticket submissions, complete reviews, and ensure timely follow-ups
Provide backup support across both customer service and sales functions as needed
Sales & Outreach:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers and partners
Deliver engaging, tailored sales presentations
Handle sales negotiations and manage the sales process from initial contact to close
Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline
Coordinate sales efforts with the marketing and operations teams
Continually refine scripts and help develop internal knowledge bases
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and service gaps
Work closely with our Inbound Sales Representative
Service Partner Engagement & Operations:
Generate leads for potential service partners in key markets
Support the creation and management of backend operational projects
Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with service partners
Complete partner onboarding questionnaires and documentation
Assist in the development of training materials for both customer support and service teams
Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
A strong communicator with a friendly, empathetic approach—especially toward older adults
Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple workflows
Driven by solving problems, closing deals, and helping people
A team player with a proactive, “how can I help?” mindset
Curious and comfortable diving into market research and backend systems
Familiar with CRM tools, ClickUp (or similar project management platforms), and general SaaS or service platforms
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working with or supporting senior individuals
Knowledge of eldercare services, service platforms, or B2C startups
Familiarity with tools like ClickUp or HubSpot
