The Customer Support Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service through phone-based support while accurately managing data entry and administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and entering orders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide prompt, professional, and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns
Assist with accounts payable, bank deposits, and procurement and purchasing of raw materials for production.
Support order processing, invoicing, and customer service inquiries to ensure high client satisfaction.
Organize records and filing systems for digital and physical documents.
Help with inventory management and assist the production team as needed.
Manage office supplies and coordinate facility needs to ensure a productive work environment.
Proven experience in Customer Service or in a similar role.
Proficiency with office software, especially Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a desire to learn and take initiative.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Education / Experience
1–3 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
High School or equivalent (Preferred)
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset
Bilingual a plus

Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Full-time - 10-hour shifts
