Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and service-driven Customer Service Support Specialist to act as a centralized answering service for multiple property sites. This role is crucial in ensuring all incoming calls are managed efficiently, professionally, and with a strong focus on customer care. The specialist will take ownership of communication across 10 designated sites and collaborate with another team member during periods of leave or scheduling adjustments
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from tenants, prospects, vendors, and internal teams across multiple properties.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve basic inquiries or redirect calls as needed.
Accurately document call details and relay messages to the appropriate staff.
Escalate urgent issues, including maintenance emergencies, promptly.
Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
Manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously in a calm and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or answering service roles
Strong command of spoken and written English
Excellent multitasking and time management skills
Professional phone etiquette and a customer-first attitude
Ability to remain composed and solution-focused under pressure
Experience or familiarity with property management is a plus
Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
