Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Sandy Springs, Georgia

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Aire Serv on support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

·         Deliver world-class service and experience for our customers

·         Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule appointments

·         Assign daily work/calls. Dispatch technicians using Service Titan.

·         Complete work orders, return customer calls and manage customer complaints

·         Provide administrative support: Billing, purchase orders, warranties.

·         Assist with onboarding, training, and everyday support for junior CSRs or office staff as needed

·         Monitor KPIs: response times, customer satisfaction, call resolution, and scheduling efficiency

·         Maintain a collaborative, team-oriented attitude and contribute to continuous improvements

·         7 to 10 years of experience as a customer service representative, dispatcher or office manager

·         Customer service mindset: patient, solutions-oriented, able to handle stress gracefully

·         Experience using Service Titan, Jobber or equivalent trade business management software

·         General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office

·         Excellent multitasking, time management, and detail orientation

·         Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

·         Team-player spirit, flexible, and proactive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

·         High school diploma or equivalent required
