Why This Role Matters

The Customer Care Representative serves as the essential liaison between our customers and internal teams. You will resolve inquiries, process orders, support account management, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. This is a critical role for maintaining blc TEXTILES’ reputation for responsiveness and customer care.

This is an in office position located in Bellevue, TN

How You'll Contribute

  • Respond promptly to email, phone, and web inquiries about products, orders, pricing, and shipping 

  • Process and track orders in ERP system; manage backorders and inform customers of status 

  • Coordinate with manufacturing, quality control, and distribution teams to resolve product/service issues 

  • Support sales and inside sales with follow-up and order confirmations 

  • Maintain detailed customer records and communication logs in HubSpot 

  • Handle customer complaints professionally; escalate complex issues  

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing customer feedback on product performance and processes 

  • Cultivate account growth by aligning customer goals with new and existing product offerings. 

  • Stay informed on blc TEXTILES’ product lines and company updates 

  • Oversee and manage the entire sample process from initial request to final delivery, including all intermediate steps and related reporting responsibilities. 

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience: 2+ years in customer service (B2B experience preferred, ideally in textiles, manufacturing, distribution, or hospitality) 

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills—professional, clear, and solutions-oriented 

  • Technical:  

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, and HubSpot/ERP systems; fast learner 

  • Excel proficiency required  

  • Personal Traits:

    • Customer-first mindset and problem-solving ability

    • Organized, detail-oriented, with strong follow-through

    • Collaborative team player in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
