Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of electricians and apprentices on active job sites
  • Plan and execute daily and weekly project schedules
  • Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and team accountability
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Troubleshoot project challenges with quick thinking and effective solutions

What Makes You a Great Fit

Candidate Requirements:

  • Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License
  • Minimum 5 years of electrical experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding electrical systems and local codes
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
