We're partnering with a nationally recognized firm to find a Corporate Tax Experienced Senior Associate for their dynamic tax team. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects in business tax compliance and planning, with a strong emphasis on ASC 740 (tax provision) engagements. You’ll be part of a collaborative team supporting clients across a range of industries, contributing technical expertise, leadership, and a client-focused approach. Candidates must be based in the Dallas area and available to work on-site a minimum of 3 days per week (either in-office or at client sites).

How You'll Contribute

  • Lead end-to-end corporate tax engagements, including planning, compliance, and provision work.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of ASC 740 (tax provision), ensuring audit readiness.
  • Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior team members and interns.
  • Conduct research and provide consultation on complex corporate tax issues.
  • Build relationships with client leadership while identifying opportunities for additional tax solutions.
  • Interact with tax authorities as needed for audits or inquiries.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 2-4 years of experience focused on corporate tax, including substantial ASC 740 work (preparation, review, and audit support).
  • Must be CPA eligible; CPA certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with multinational corporations (revenue between $100M-$1B).
  • Currently or recently employed at a Top 20 public accounting firm.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Willing and able to work on-site 3+ days per week in a hybrid setting.
  • Travel as needed for client engagements.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in public accounting.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated job stability (no frequent short-term roles).
