Commission-Only Sales Representative – Wholesale Closeouts (Retail Accounts)

We are seeking a highly motivated, commission-only Sales Representative to prospect, pitch, and close deals with retail buyers across the U.S. Canada & Latin America

This role is perfect for a hunter—someone who thrives on the thrill of cold calling, building relationships, and closing high-margin, fast-moving deals.

• Identify and contact retail buyers (independent stores, discount chains, off-price retailers, dollar stores, etc.)

• Pitch available closeout inventory across multiple categories (e.g., housewares, hardware, sporting goods, food, electronics, toys, apparel etc.)

• Understand buyer needs and match them with the right product opportunities

• Negotiate pricing, quantities, and terms to close deals quickly

• Maintain accurate records of outreach and deal progress in CRM

• Provide real-time market feedback on pricing, buyer preferences, and trends

• Build a pipeline of repeat buyers and grow long-term accounts

• Proven sales experience, ideally in wholesale, liquidation, or retail B2B sales

• Existing relationships with retail buyers is a strong plus

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills, must be fluent in English. Other languages is a plus

• Self-driven and disciplined with the ability to manage your own leads and workflow

• Comfortable working commission-only with uncapped earning potential

• 100% commission-based
