How You'll Contribute

  • Proactively identify, develop, and manage new and existing commercial lending relationships
  • Solicit commercial loan applications and serve as primary client contact throughout the lending process
  • Analyze creditworthiness, structure deals, and ensure thorough, compliant documentation
  • Maintain strong knowledge of commercial products, credit policies, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate loan processing, closing, and servicing
  • Cross-sell complementary financial services to drive revenue and client value
  • Monitor portfolio performance, manage risk, and conduct ongoing client reviews and engagement
  • Represent the organization at community and business events to promote visibility and generate referrals

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial or business lending and servicing within a financial institution
  • Proven success in a sales-driven environment focused on portfolio growth and client satisfaction
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending products, regulations, and financial analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships and community connections
  • Ability to possess or develop an existing commercial loan portfolio
