Macoa Health is looking for a driven Clinical Research Site Director who is fluent in Spanish and passionate about expanding clinical research capabilities. The Site Director will oversee all clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality trial execution while maintaining regulatory and financial compliance.
How You'll Contribute
Lead and manage clinical research staff and operations.
Develop and implement SOPs to ensure GCP compliance.
Interface with sponsors and CROs during feasibility and study start-up.
Ensure recruitment goals, timelines, and budget targets are met.
Monitor quality metrics, audits, and CAPA plans.
Directing and managing all site operations.
What Makes You a Great Fit
5+ years of clinical research experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
Deep understanding of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and site operations.
Experience in budget negotiation and financial oversight.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
