MissionHires is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our founding team. As a key leader, you will drive revenue growth and help shape the future of our innovative AI recruiting platform. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B sales within a growth startup environment and a passion for aligning talent with company missions and values.
Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue generation strategy to drive growth and achieve company objectives.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand our market presence.
Collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and sales tactics.
Represent MissionHires at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Proven experience in B2B sales within a growth startup environment.
Experience generating B2B leads.
Experience cold-calling leads.
Strong understanding of the recruiting industry is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful revenue strategies.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

5% equity, vested over four years.
