How You'll Contribute

  • Maintain a full patient caseload while serving as clinic leader
  • Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care and positive patient outcomes
  • Mentor and support therapists, rehab aides, and clinical support staff
  • Oversee clinic operations including scheduling, budgeting, hiring, onboarding, and training
  • Review, interpret, and act on clinic performance and financial metrics
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to set and achieve operational goals
  • Build and sustain relationships with referring physicians and community partners
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to grow referrals and visit volume
  • Represent the center at community engagement and outreach events
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, state practice acts, and organizational policies
  • Conduct quality audits, lead staff meetings, and drive continuous improvement
  • Uphold OSHA standards, safety protocols, and a culture of compliance
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation and reporting

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT); New Mexico license or eligibility
  • Graduate of an accredited PT or OT program
  • CPR certification
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; prior leadership experience preferred
  • Demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer software (e.g., Word, Excel) and clinical documentation systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and assist with patient mobility
  • Ability to perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching
  • Manual dexterity for equipment handling and accurate documentation
  • Willingness to engage in community outreach, marketing, and referral development
