Why This Role Matters

Fosterful is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing trauma-informed support and personalized care plans for children and caregivers in the foster care system. The ideal candidate will have experience in mental or behavioral health, case aide work, and a deep understanding of the child welfare system. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong follow-through skills, committed to making a positive impact in the lives of foster families.

How You'll Contribute
  • Develop and implement holistic and customized care plans for children and caregivers in the foster care system.

  • Provide on-the-ground support and advocacy for foster families, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with team members and external partners to deliver consistent and exceptional service to clients and donors.

  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with all stakeholders, building trust through ethical behavior.

  • Participate in team meetings and decision-making processes, contributing to a culture of respect and inclusivity.

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Experience in case aide work and mental or behavioral health.

  • Familiarity with the child welfare system and trauma-informed care practices.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license and valid automobile insurance.

Perks & Benefits

The Case Manager will have a set schedule, to be determined upon hire. Some evening work will be required for events and to meet  the needs  of families on their caseloads. Flex time may be used when the case manager works outside of their regularly scheduled hours. This position is split between being in the field and in the office. 

A benefits package and parking will be included.

  • Health benefit reimbursement package of up to $450 per month 

  • PTO accrued at 10 hours per month

  • Sick leave accrues in accordance with Washington State law- one hour per every 40 hours worked

  • A company ipad and iphone will be provided
