Caregiver / Home Services Worker - Naperville, Illinois

Amova Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers / Home Services Workers to join our team in providing high-quality non-medical home services. Our mission is to help individuals maintain dignity, independence, and comfort in their own homes across DuPage, Will, and Kane Counties. • Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and organizing living spaces.
• Assist with personal laundry and linen changes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Amova Care team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any changes in client conditions.

• Previous experience in a caregiving or home services role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and privacy.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
