Business Systems Manager

MissionHires is seeking a hands-on Business Systems Manager on behalf of Mark Cuban's Cost Plus Drugs to lead the day-to-day operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of ERP and related financial and operational systems. This role will manage system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, user support, and cross-functional projects while maintaining strong controls, compliance, and documentation. The ideal candidate combines ERP administration expertise with project leadership and experience developing a small business systems team.

• Manage the day-to-day operation, administration, and performance of the ERP and related financial systems.
• Lead system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and manage systems projects from intake, prioritization, and planning through delivery.
• Own support and ticketing processes, resolve user issues, and prioritize enhancement requests.
• Ensure system controls, compliance requirements, and operational standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with integration developers, business analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders on cross-system initiatives.
• Oversee integrations and data flows to maintain accuracy, reliability, and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain system documentation, develop user training, and coordinate support with system vendors.
• Supervise, coach, and develop business systems analysts.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of business systems experience, including team leadership or project management experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage systems projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Experience managing user support, ticketing workflows, and enhancement prioritization.
• Ability to work effectively across finance, operations, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of system controls, documentation, data accuracy, and operational reliability.
• Experience supporting finance and accounting systems is preferred.
• Experience with government-compliant ERP platforms is preferred.
• Manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
