MissionHires is hiring a Business Development Representative (Hunter) for a 50+ year-old, Brooklyn Navy Yard–based Payroll Processing Company. This hybrid role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and converting B2B prospects in the NY Metro market with the ability to sell virtually across the U.S. You will own the full top-of-funnel to close, deliver demos, build executive relationships, and transition wins to Client Services while identifying upsell opportunities. OTE targets six figures with base $60K–$80K, commissions, benefits, and generous PTO.

How You'll Contribute

  • Identify and target prospective clients via research, networking, and cold/warm outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners and C-level executives
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos to drive conversions
  • Manage and prioritize pipeline, leads, and sales activities to exceed revenue goals
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer support for seamless client experiences
  • Transition new clients to the Client Services Group and identify upsell opportunities
  • Track activities, monitor KPIs, and report progress and outcomes to management
  • Sell primarily in the NY Metro territory with the ability to sell virtually nationwide
