We’re looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a “go-getter” attitude, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and can take initiative to make things happen. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and actively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and community engagement. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients , including healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and families of older adults.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor to the “olders” community.
Qualify & Convert Leads – Assess potential clients' needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the decision-making process to secure new business.
Close Sales & Drive Revenue – Effectively communicate service benefits, handle objections, and finalize agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, track key performance metrics, and report on sales activity and results to the executive team.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to strategically position Viva Valet’s services.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, and customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experiences.
Develop Referral Partnerships – Build strong relationships with active adult living and senior communities, rehabilitation centers and other and other key stakeholders to generate ongoing referrals.
Track Performance & Optimize Strategies – Maintain detailed records in CRM software, analyze sales data, and adjust outreach strategies to improve efficiency and results.
Represent the Company & Build Brand Awareness – Attend networking events, conferences, and community fairs to increase visibility and credibility in the senior care space.
Strategic Vision: You think strategically about sales and growth, and are comfortable setting ambitious goals and aligning a team to achieve them.
Data-Driven: You leverage data to drive decisions, track progress, and adapt strategies. You understand the importance of key sales metrics and are comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce.

Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in B2C sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, senior services, or related fields.
Proven ability to build and scale a sales team, including experience in hiring, training, and developing talent.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
Understanding of the challenges faced by older adults and their families in maintaining independence is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
