How You'll Contribute

  • Identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned healthcare markets
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, and demo to proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers at corporate and facility levels
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the client base and drive revenue growth
  • Deliver compelling presentations, meetings, and proposals that clearly articulate value and competitive differentiators
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Track and report pipeline activity, sales performance, and market insights in the CRM (Freshsales)
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales documentation and forecasting
  • Continuously refine messaging and sales pitch to improve conversion rates

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Minimum 3 years of business development experience selling to nursing or healthcare facilities (products or services; not staffing services)
  • Proven success selling at both corporate and facility levels with a strong track record of closing deals
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and manage complex sales cycles
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
