How You'll Contribute

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to launch and sell our AI-based recruiting product
  • Identify and target potential clients, including startups, companies, and non-profits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and align them with our platform
  • Provide regular feedback to management and engineering teams to enhance the product
  • Represent MissionHires at industry events and conferences to promote our platform
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
