MissionHires is partnering with a growing behavioral health provider to hire a fully remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, you will conduct assessments, design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism, supervise behavior technicians, collaborate closely with families and care teams, and maintain high-quality clinical documentation. You’ll be supported by robust scheduling, billing, administrative, and clinical quality teams so you can focus on client care, professional development, and outcomes.

How You'll Contribute

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Oversee, guide, and adjust ABA therapy programs based on ongoing data and client progress
  • Monitor outcomes and update treatment goals to ensure evidence-based care
  • Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation that meets quality and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary care teams to drive treatment goals
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and clinical direction to behavior technicians
  • Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and quality initiatives
  • Leverage remote collaboration tools to deliver care and coordinate with support teams

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant ABA therapy experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based ABA practices, assessment, and treatment planning
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment
  • Preferred: Experience with pediatric populations, especially children with autism
  • Preferred: Prior experience supervising behavior technicians
  • Preferred: Strong communication, family engagement, documentation, and compliance skills
