How You'll Contribute
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, offering updates and support throughout their case lifecycle
- Collect, organize, and analyze medical and damage-related documentation
- Prepare settlement demands, calculations, and agreements for attorney review
- Manage all administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, and file organization
- Ensure consistent progress across 70+ active cases
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in personal injury law as a paralegal
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken
- Comfortable managing high caseloads (70+ cases)
- Strong understanding of North Carolina personal injury claims process (South Carolina experience may be considered)
- Experience drafting detailed settlement demands and communicating directly with attorneys and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
