Bilingual Attorney (English - Spanish) - Charlotte, North Carolina

MissionHires is partnering with a fast-growing, multi-location personal injury law firm to hire a Spanish-English bilingual Attorney in Charlotte, NC (other satellite offices considered). This attorney will manage a high-volume PI caseload end-to-end, lead a small legal support team, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and contribute to business development. • Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution
• Communicate frequently with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers in English and Spanish
• Draft and review negotiation packages, settlement demands, and settlement agreements
• Handle lien resolution, subrogation claims, and case disbursements
• Supervise and mentor a dedicated team of paralegals and support staff
• Participate in business development to expand the firm’s client base
• Prepare for and make occasional court appearances as needed
• Travel between offices or to client/partner locations as required
• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely case progression in a high-volume setting
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficient, client-centered outcomes

• Active license and good standing to practice law in North Carolina
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Minimum 1 year of personal injury law experience
• Demonstrated interpersonal, client communication, and case management skills
• Comfort managing a high-volume caseload and leading a legal support team
• Willingness to travel and make occasional court appearances
• Ability to relocate to or work from Charlotte, NC (relocation support available); other offices may be considered (Jacksonville, Fayetteville, or Chesapeake)
