MissionHires is partnering with a top Jacksonville, FL-based public accounting firm (50 employees) to hire a high-level Audit/Assurance Manager. The firm serves several hundred clients across industries including construction, healthcare, and professional services, with revenues ranging from $1M to $50M. This leader will manage and execute audits, reviews, and compilations, including employee benefit plan audits, ensuring high-quality assurance delivery across a diverse client portfolio.
Salary up to $140K for top candidates (CPA required at this level)
Performance-based raises with potential to exceed $140K
Hours capped at 55 per week, with any additional hours fully paid
Fridays are flex days (work from home or half days) for 8 months of the year (May–Dec)
