Every day is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pets and the people who love them. As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll be at the heart of that mission—delivering compassionate care, easing pet owners’ worries, and helping animals live longer, healthier, happier lives.
Your role isn’t just about medicine—it’s about building trust, guiding families through important decisions, and being part of a team that truly values collaboration and kindness. Whether you’re performing a lifesaving surgery, educating a new pet owner, or mentoring a fellow DVM, your work directly strengthens the human–animal bond that defines our clinic’s purpose.
Here, your skills will be valued, your growth will be supported, and your compassion will have a lasting impact—one patient, one client, and one community at a time.
As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every patient receives the best possible care and every client feels supported and informed. You’ll use your clinical expertise and compassion to make meaningful connections—with pets, their families, and your team.
Lead with Compassion: Approach each patient and client interaction with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to a positive clinic environment by sharing ideas, embracing innovation, and supporting the growth of our practice.
Your dedication will not only help pets live happier, healthier lives—it will strengthen the human-animal bond that’s at the heart of everything we do.
You’re not just a skilled veterinarian — you’re passionate about building relationships, providing compassionate care, and growing within a supportive team. The ideal candidate will bring:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited program.
Active California veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain one).
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with experience in surgery and preventative medicine.
Excellent communication and client service abilities — you take the time to listen, educate, and connect.
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and genuine care for both patients and colleagues.
Commitment to growth — open to mentorship, learning new techniques, and contributing to a collaborative culture.
