Why This Role Matters

Dental labs today are stuck in a tough cycle: highly technical, patient-specific production work that is still largely manual, repetitive, and dependent on talent that’s increasingly hard to find. At the same time, demand for faster turnaround, greater flexibility, and tighter regulatory compliance continues to rise, putting serious strain on operations and limiting growth. By applying AI to automate production planning, workflow preparation, and full traceability across CNC milling and 3D printing, East Park Avenue's client helps labs operate faster, smarter, and with far less friction.
