Allied Health Professional (Physical Therapist) - Virginia Beach, Virginia

i4 Search Group is seeking a committed Physical Therapist licensed in Virginia to partner with patients in restoring motion, maximizing function, and improving quality of life through evidence-based promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment/intervention, and rehabilitation.

• Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
• Deliver cost-effective treatments to improve motion and mobility
• Provide alternatives to surgery and reduce reliance on medications
• Develop individualized care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
• Create fitness and wellness programs tailored to patient needs
• Provide quality, personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions
• Motivate patients to function optimally throughout treatment
• Promote healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
• Consult and collaborate with other health professionals
• Evaluate treatment effects; monitor and communicate progress
• Document patient care services accurately and timely

• Proven work experience as a Physical Therapist
• Intensive education and clinical expertise in physical therapy
• Ability to manage patients with diverse personalities
• Current knowledge of treatment practices and willingness to continually learn
• Professional behavior and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, MPT, or DPT)
