How You'll Contribute

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed a $2.5M+ quota
  • Prospect, qualify, and build a robust pipeline in the Oklahoma market
  • Deliver impactful customer presentations and product demonstrations
  • Communicate ROI and value propositions to diverse clinical and business stakeholders
  • Build and nurture relationships with plastic surgeons, physicians, and key decision makers
  • Lead deals from discovery to close with precise forecasting and pipeline hygiene
  • Collaborate with Field Service and corporate teams to ensure seamless post-sale support
  • Resolve customer concerns and drive high customer satisfaction
  • Provide market insights and feedback to inform continuous product and process improvements
  • Travel extensively within the territory and manage a fast-paced schedule

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven track record selling capital equipment (ideally medical/aesthetic)
  • Expertise with ROI/value-based selling methodologies
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
  • History of sales recognition (e.g., President’s Club, Rookie of the Year) preferred
  • Ability to travel extensively within the Oklahoma territory
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience selling to plastic surgeons and physicians is a plus, not required
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced environments
